Symptoms
If there is an employee that only has one dependent and we try to delete that dependent because it was added in error, we get a SQL error.
Error

1400 msg=ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("SYSADM"."PS_DEP_BEN"."BIRTHDATE")
It only occurs in Production and a copy of Production, not Demo nor other environments.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Remove all Dependent rows and click save. Navigation: Benefits > Employee/Dependent Information > Update Dependent/Beneficiary
