Goal
An employee has a change in coverage code when a dependent is dropped from coverage. When the Benefit Snapshot process is run (BEN100A.sqr) - 1X-Implied-Terms procedure is inserting Termination rows in BN_SNAP_PLAN in 9.2 where it did not in 9.1. This is causing multiple rows to be sent on the vendor interface and causing errors.
