Integrity Error When Click 'Request ID' Link On The 'View History' Page (Doc ID 2428490.1)

Symptoms



When customer is using the Supplier Change Request View History, some of the Approved Requests are listed with a Change Status of Integrity Error.
 


Integrity Error found in Request ID XXXXXXXX. View error details on History - Review Page For Request XXXXXXX. (10320,687)
Request information does not match the Supplier Information

ERROR: Information being deleted has already been deleted. (10320,592)



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Supplier Change Request
2. In the Contacts trainstop, Edit the contact information and request to remove one of the phone numbers.
3. Submit the request
4. Approve the request
5. Review the approved request via Suppliers>Supplier Change Request>View History
6. error appears.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, System is displaying integrity errors for supplier change requests.
