E-IB: Getting Untrusted Server Certificate Errors on REST Services. Had Set up SNI But Same Error Persists. (Doc ID 2432080.1)

Symptoms

Created a custom REST service to connect to 3rd-party vendor using Basic Authentication header, but upon running it, received an 'External System Contact Error'. Loaded the appropriate certificates into the pskeystore and then set up SNI but still receiving the same error. The logs show 'Untrusted Server Certificate Chain'.
