ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When Personalizing a Workcenter to add Pagelets to an already existing Workcenter, the pagelet do not appear until the user logs out and logs back in.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a user personalizes his Workcenter to add pagelets, it should show automatically.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the PeopleSoft Application
2. Navigate to Accounts Receivables -> Receivables Workcenter
3. Click on the top right "Personalize Content"
4. Add some pagelets
5. Save
6. Notice that the pagelets are not added to the Workcenter.
