Not Authorized Error When Navigating From An Employee's Profile In Team Talent Profile

On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with eProfile
When attempting to navigate between employees in Team Talent Profile Fluid Page and then clicking on the navigation link "Team Talent Profile",
the following error occurs.
You are not authorized to access this transaction.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the manager self-service "Team Talent Profile" tile
2. Click on any one employee
3. Once inside the profile, click on "Select different Employee" in the header just under the employee name and job title
4. Once you are back to the selection screen, select another employee and see the profile
5. Once inside the profile, click on the navigation link "Team Talent Profile"
6. You will get the error...You are not authorized to access this transaction
