Last updated on AUGUST 02, 2023

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Student Records - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : Campus solution 9.2 version, Student Records Enrollment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Enrolling into a class from the fluid self service Shopping Cart creates enrollment requests that populate STDNT_ENRL and
ENRL_REQ_DETAIL with a course count of 0.

ENRL_REQ_SOURCE of FS and FX set the CRSE_COUNT to 0
ENRL_REQ_SOURCE of FE and FF set the correct CRSE_COUNT

Enrolling directly from class search populates the correct course count.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the course count to be updated with the correct crse_count as set in the class association record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as a student and use the fluid interface to add a class to the shopping cart, then subsequently enroll in the class.

2. Query PS_STDNT_ENRL and the CRSE_COUNT field is set to zero.
