When an employee changes a Disability plan retroactively, retro refund calculations are missing for the prior plan.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee was enrolled in employee paid disability Plan A
2. Employee enrollment changed to employee/employer paid disability plan Plan B
3. Run Retro Deduction process to find it did not calculate a refund to the employee as expected for Plan A
