On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with Candidate Gateway

Candidate Gateway -- Job applying/posting error/issue with Internet explorer browser

Multiple users are reporting the below error while trying to apply/submit a job opening using Candidate Gateway. Below is the environment info and error info:

1. PeopleTools - PT8.56.08
2. HCM Maintenance - HCM 9.2.25

What is known so far:

1) customer has reviewed the Doc ID 2354554.1 for this issue.  However this resolution does not appear to apply
2) when using IE11 to apply for job, at end of step 5, there is no Submit button, only Next button, which errors out.
  The Previous/Next/Submit buttons appear to be out of sync with the Activity Guide
3) Issue has occurred since going live with upgrade:(09/04)
  from PUM13 to PUM25
  from PT 8.54.27 to PT8.56.08
4) Issue is instance specific in Prod using IE11. does not occur with Chrome.
  Can be replicated at-will in Prod using IE11.
5) UAT and other pre-prod envs are working as expected in both IE11 and Chrome.
6) Redeployed the middle tier and cleared cache in the problem environment.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. using IE11, apply for job
2. go the end using Next Button, there is no Submit button, only another Next button.
3. click the Next Button at the end and observe the error.
