eBenefits: Cross Plan Validations Between Plan Type 60 And 10 to the Benefit Plan Level Is Not Greying Out Ineligible Options

Symptoms
There are 4 FSA Plans (Plan Type 60) which are cross referenced with corresponding Medical Plans (Plan Type 10). When an employee logs on in self service and selects a Medical Plan, the ineligible options for FSA are not getting greyed out.
Other Plan types are working as expected.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as employee and select open event
2. Select a Medical Plan
3. Select to edit FSA plans to see all FSA Plans show as eligible to be selected instead of only the one associated to the medical plan enrolled.
