Symptoms
GL_JEDIT is not adjusting interunit journal entry correctly for rounding
Journal Edit (both online and batch edit) creates intercompany line for 0.01 on interunit journal entry when the journal entry base currency total is off by a penny due to rounding. Journal Edit should follow the Rounding Adjustment Option configuration in the BU Ledgers for a Unit, which is to adjust the last journal line with the penny. Issue only occurs on interunit journal entry (multiple BUs) and does not occur on non-interunit journal. When the journal entry is for a single BU, Journal Edit adjusts the JE to be balanced following the Rounding Adjustment Option.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter interunit Journal either through Journal Upload or Online
2. Edit and post journal
3. Last journal line is off by a penny even Ledgers for a unit rounding option is set to "Adjust Last Journal Line"
