Timesheets are displaying the incorrect balance for various types of Leave Accrual after leave is paid out on the pay line without having the hours reported through Time & Labor. This same process produced the correct balance on the timesheet in 9.1.
1. Pay an employee for leave hours directly on a paysheet (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Update Paysheets > By Payline).
2. Calculate and confirm the payroll (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll and Confirm Payroll).
3. Run the Leave Accrual process (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Leave Accruals > Calculate Periodic Accrual).
4. Check the Leave/Compensatory Time balance on employee’s timesheet (Navigation: Self Service > Time Reportng > Report Time > Timesheet).
