Symptoms

When running queries with prompts or translate values from query manager or thru schedule query(process scheduler), performance issues seen in execution of it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Reporting tools-->Query-->Query manager
2. Select the query and run the query
