Symptoms
When tried to make an update to profile and save, IB message triggers the following error message
HJPM_EM_EVENTS:Handlers:UpdateVerityIndex was not found
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu -> Self Service -> My Talent Profile -> My Talent Profile
2. Under Qualifications tab, select 'Add New Language Skill'.
3. Add a new language, in this instance user chose Danish.
4. Save.
5. Error message is triggered.
