Symptoms
When an employee has waived Supplemental Life, when they try to make an election, they are getting a PCode-SQL error
REPLICATION STEPS
-----------------------
1. Plan type ID 21 Supplemental Life is configured so employee who has Waived cannot make an election of a plan option, away from Waive, or make any other changes
2. OE 19 is prepared for a test employee who has already waived Supplemental Life
3. Employee clicks on Edit for Supplemental Life
4. Error is generated -- Invalid row number 1 for class Rowset method GetRow. (2,263) FUNCLIB_W3EBENR.PLAN_TYPE_2X.FieldFormula
