Symptoms
If an employee enrolls in vacation buy and the event is finalized, then the employee changes the amount of hours purchased and the event is finalized again the new hours do appear on the confirmation statement but the OLD Per Pay Period amount prints. PS_BAS_PARTIC_COST is not being updated correctly when the employee makes a change to the Vac hours bought.
