Symptoms



We recently upgraded from 8.55.17/HCM 9.2.16 to PT 8.56.06/HCM9.2.25 and we are starting noticing that when accessing pages users are experiencing the processing circle image (PT_PROCESSING_FMODE_1gif) for over 60 seconds. They end up refreshing the page in order to continue work. This does not happen all the time.
