Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Payroll Technical
it appears the On cycle Time and Labor Load taking longer time than expected. The Log and trace files suggest the majority (80%) time taken PSPLDTL2_S_PAYSHT step in the cobol.
Steps to Recreate:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Paysheets.
2. Run PSPPYRUN.
