missing Print button on Fluid Timesheet
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Per task reporting template why 'print timesheet' does not show up in the fluid.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-PSELP_NONE is the elapsed time reporting template in the employment data
table
2-Check to make sure PSELP_NONE has `Print Timesheet¿ as enabled.
3-Login as the employee to see if `Print Timesheet¿ is available:
Issue: There is no `Print Timesheet¿ on the fluid page (although it is
available in classic timesheet)
