Symptoms
Two Users Same Exact Security however one User is unable to perform certain necessary actions that the other can perform.
For example two Users with the same Roles and one user can access Suppliers to perform "Correct History" and all fields on the Address tab are available, while the second user has the Correct History button, but none of the fields are available,.
