Symptoms

Using Peopletools 8.54.05, after Learner logs in and from the Learning Home page, clicks on the Notification Flag Icon in the upper right hand corner, receive an error message.

ERROR

Unable to access the underlying Query Datasource.

Called from:PTPG_API.Model.OnExecute Name:Model Statement:15
Called from:PTS_SEARCH.PivotGridSearch.OnExecute Name:Initiate Statement:37
Called from:PTPN_SEEALL.Activate Statement:6



Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Log in as a Learner
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Learning Home page
3. Press the Push Notification Flag Icon.
4. Press the View All link and Learner receives an error message.
