Not Able To Add A “Item Catalogs” To Authorized Catalogs List Of a Business Unit (BU) (Doc ID 2493536.1)

Symptoms

Not able to ass Authorized Catalogs list of a BU using the last navigation link.
Using the Last navigation link in the grid header to move to the last group of Business Units.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Main Menu > eProcurement > Administer Procurement >
Catalogs > Catalog Security Types > Catalog Security (BUSINESS_UNIT)

2) Click on the Last navigation option and expanded the catalog list for any business unit (example:BU1). Then click on the Select Catalogs hyperlink.

3) Select catalog TEST to add to above BU then clicked OK

4) Catalog TEST has been not added to this BU1

5) Again click on the previous navigation option and expanded the catalog list for BU2. Then click on the
Select Catalogs hyperlink.

6) Catalog TEST has been not added to BU2.

7) Once the Last navigation button is selected, no catalog can be added to a BU regardless of the navigation option selected after using Last.
