Fluid Candidate Gateway 'Apply For Job' Page - NEXT and PREVIOUS Button are Not Visible in Activity Guide

PeopleTools version 8.57.
Symptoms
After PeopleTools upgrade to PT 8.57, the buttons NEXT and PREVIOUS are missing from the "Apply for Job" page.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Navigator > Self Service > Recruiting > Careers
2. Select "View All Jobs"
The search category name: HC_HRS_CG_JOB_POSTING must be deployed (PeopleTools > Search framework > Deploy Object)
- Schedule Search Index to CRAWL it. Make sure it completes to 'Crawled' status.
3. Pick a Job Opening.
4. Select "Apply for Job" button.
Notice that the buttons NEXT and PREVIOUS are not displayed.
