ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Receivables Workcenter performance issue when Direct Journal Budget Exceptions link is added to the My Work pagelet.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

WorkCenter to load pagelets in a timely manner.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Receivables Workscenter
2. Wait 40+ seconds for page to load
