Last updated on MARCH 29, 2023
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM eBenefits - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When there is currently no beneficiary designated for a Savings Plan, attempting to change beneficiary information for Savings Plans in Self Service causes display of two rows for the same beneficiary, one showing percentage from the past, the other blank. If the new percentage is entered on the old record, a new row is entered for the Savings Plan but no row is entered for the beneficiary. If the new percentage is entered on the blank record, rows are entered for both Savings Plan and beneficiary.
STEPS
---------------------------
1. Navigate to Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Summary.
2. Select Savings Plan.
3. Select the Edit button to change beneficiaries/allocations.
4. Enter new percentage on the row that shows the percentage allocated to the beneficiary from the earlier period.
