Symptoms

We are seeing the EST timestamp (3 hours ahead) instead of PST from PeopleSoft. Checked the database but it has the correct timezone settings.

Result from the database:

SELECT DBTIMEZONE, SESSIONTIMEZONE, SYSTIMESTAMP FROM DUAL;

DBTIME SESSIONTIMEZONE SYSTIMESTAMP
