Using Spreadsheet Journal Import (JRNL1_WS) with the Submit Journal(s) for Approval, the approval does not get to receive the workflow email notification, however, in approver's Worklist page, journal submitted for approval is displayed.

Steps to Replicate:
---------------------
1.  Set up Approval Option to Require Approval at either General Ledger Definition, Ledgers for a Unit or Source level.
2.  Using JRNL1_WS template, select Edit Journal(s) and Submit Journal(s) for Approval options and populate the journal header and line details.
3.  Import Now.
4.  Check Approver's worklist page.
5.  Check Approver's email for the notification.
