T4 Box 26 is not loading on T4 slip for employee who has tax balances that should be reflected in box 26.

We have an employee who has tax balances that should be reflected in box 26 of the T4 slip. The CTX910LD was ran for the first time. After that, it was discovered that one employee had the wrong tax balances due to incorrect tax data setup. Tax balance adjustments were made to reverse the Province ON tax balances and balance adjustments were made to add them to Province QC tax balances.  After the adjustments were made, the CTX910LD job was ran again and the Province ON entries were removed from the T4 however box 26 did not populate on the QC T4 slip. The employee does not have Indian status checked on his tax data. 

Box 26 should have an amount coming from CAN_TAX_BALANCE for QPP
