ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Emergency Changes are NOT being saved to the Data Base for both new contacts and updates to current
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer expects changes to Emergency Changes to be saved to the database.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in as employee with Employee Self Service access only
2. select Personal Details tile
3. select Emergency Contacts
4. click "+" to add new (enter all data) and click SAVE
5. Message is displayed "Your changes were not saved to the database. Contact your Administrator to process the changes."
