Symptoms
On : 8.55 version, Change Assistant
When applying PUM 29 to a target on PeopleTools 8.55, the Step "Compiling directive PeopleCode" fails with error
ERROR

In the log file for the Compile PeopleCode Step within Change Assistant (CompileDirectiveProj.log)
System Error : HRS_JO_HDR_SBP - %2: Page item count is bad. (14,7)
System Error : An unexpected failure occurred during the expansion of the subpage "HRS_JO_HDR_SBP". (14,9)
Compile Directive PeopleCode in Project completed successfully

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply PUM 29 to a target on PeopleTools 8.55
2. Observe the error as reported
