Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.0 or 9.2, tuition calculation is not calculating all waivers when tuition calculation processes a large number of rows of data. Some waivers are not applied to charges, and they do not appear to be calculated by Tuition Calculation. Deleting some enrollments for impacted student will allow all waivers for charges from remaining enrollments to calculate and post.

Fees are calculated using a Term Fee with the charge by method set to 'Class'. Each class has 5 different fees are assessed. The majority of the waivers are linked on the Term Fees page within the Tuition Group component. One set of waivers is linked on the Waivers page of the Tuition Group.

The exact number of impacted students is not known.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tuition calculation appears to finish successfully but all waivers for classes enrolled are not posted to the student account. Students having less than 500 lines of charges and waivers appear to have correct information on their account.  This is verified by reviewing the Display Tuition and Fees hyperlink and noting expected waiver do not exist.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All eligible waivers for students should calculate and post to the student account with each tuition calculation.
