On : 8.56 version, Portal Technology

When attempting to open a non-PeopleSOft URL from a Navigation Collection,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CREF with non-PeopleSoft URL
2. Create a Navigation Collection and add that CREF
3. Create a Tile and add the Navigation Collection to it
4. Add the tile to a Homepage and click on link.
5. Error: Fetching array element 6: index is not in range 1 to 5.
