Transaction date is getting reset to current date if clicked on Previous button in GSS transaction
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manager Self Service>Job and Personal Information> Terminate Employee and select the report. Provide the Transaction Date Eg: 11/30/2018 and click on the Next Button
2. Now in the Review & Submit button, click on the previous button
3. Once you are on the previous page the Transaction Date is updated to Current Eg: Date:11/28/2018
