E-LDAP: LDAP Schema Cache Process Goes To No Success (Doc ID 2517416.1)

When attempting to run LDAPSCEHMA, the following error occurs.

Whenever LDAP Schema cache process happened before authenticate map setting, when ssl information has not been stored into DB, the LDAP Scheme Process will fail.
