The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in the Application
2. Enable Screen reader mode is ON.
3. Navigate to Employee Self Service Homepage > Payroll tile > W-2/W-2c > View W-2/W-2c Forms
4. Press View W-2 button
5. Received error
