Symptoms
When searching a Job ID in Search Applicants using Profile Criteria with "Display applicants associated to the Job Opening" box is checked, search result is blank. When this same Job ID searched in Search Job Openings , Applicants are showing up
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Recruiting -> Search Applicants
2. In Advanced Search of Search Applicants-> Expand Profile Criteria > Enter Job Opening ID
3. Check "Display applicants associated to the Job Opening" check box > Click on Search > No Results
