Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Payroll Technical
Workcenter Pay Group Options and Workcenter Company Controls Components Not Attached to the Menu.
They applied PUM 28 and found that below components are not attached to any menu.
1. PY_WC_ADM_PAYGRP
2. PY_WC_ADM_ERN
In oracle support they found that they are part of permission list :HCCPPY1002 and HCCPPY1004 however both the permission list does not have the menu and the component.
They want to know if we have any security documentation for the mentioned components that they can follow to attach the components to menu?
Since these are delivered components and if they attach to delivered menu then that will make the menu customize menu. These Components should be attached to a delivered menu.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to PUM 28
2. Navigate to NA Payroll work center.
