When running the Online Confirmation Statement Process for Individual Employees with an Event Maintenance Schedule ID, the error below occurs.

 Return: 805 - ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_BAS_STMT_DEPENR) violated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a Benefit Administrator and run process to generate the benefit confirmation statement for an employee (Workforce Administrator> Benefits Administrator> Benefits Management> Online Confirmation Statements)
2. Process completes successfully, log in as employee and verify if they can see the benefit statement and all information:
3. Log back in as Benefit Administrator and run the process again to generate the benefit confirmation statement for another employee
4. For second employee, process ran to 'No Success'
