Symptoms
Create a new Activity Guide template in HCM Open Enrollment from an existing template. When signing into Employee Self Service as an employee, and selecting Acknowledgment from the Open Enrollment Activity Guide, the following error occurs:

The page cannot be displayed because a system error has occurred. Please contact your administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Acknowledgement Framework for Open Enrollment
2. Sign into Employee Self Service as an employee
3. Click on Open Enrollment Tile
4. Click on Acknowledgment
