Absence Request Pending Approval Link From Email Notification Does Not Open Transaction (Doc ID 2536445.1)

Symptoms

When the manager clicks on the link in the workflow email to view the absence request transaction it displays a page stating In Process.

However, the managers should be routed to the Pending Approvals - Absence Request page so they can Approve, Deny, or Pushback the transaction.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As manager, open pending approval notification email that's sent after submitting Absence Request
2. Click URL link
3. Note manager is routed to an 'In Process' transaction
