Symptoms
Enter Time (Fluid) Timesheet doubling and tripling the leave hours taken based on number of rows on timesheet.
REPLICATION STEPS
=================
1. Report 8 hrs of KUSICK on fluid entry time page
2. The balance gets updated with 16 hrs (double hours)
3. Report additional time with KUCE1
4. The balance is not updated and that is correct
5. Report additional 8 hrs of KUSICK on a different day of the same week
6. 24 (tripled) hours in Comp Leave Table instead of 8 hours and it appears in tl_compleav_tbl with the quantity total of reported sick time = 40 in error
