Symptoms
On the Fluid Self Service Personal Details page, when an employee clicks on the Related Content Drop Down for Benefits Summary, some links are missing on the sidebar.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service > Personal Details Tile > Related Content Dropdown > Benefits> Benefits Summary
2. Some links on the sidebar are missing.
