Fluid Benefits Statements Page Does Not Display Statements For Employees With Multiple Jobs And Benefit Record Number > 0 (Doc ID 2542312.1)

Symptoms

Employees who have an employee record number/Benefit Record Number other than 0 cannot access their Enrollment Preview or Confirmation Statements via the Benefits Statements page in the Open Enrollment activity guide or the Benefits Details tile. If you sign in as the Administrator and navigate to the Review Employee Statements page in the Benefits Administrator tile and look up the same Enrollment Preview and Confirmation Statements there, they pull up for the employee.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare OE event for employee with Employment Record 1 and Benefit Record Number 1
2. Log in as employee to Self Service > Benefits Details > Benefits Enrollments or Open Enrollment Tile
3. Submit elections and click View to see the Enrollment Preview
3. Navigate to Benefit Statements and the employee is not able to see the Enrollment Preview nor prior year statements.
