HR:Job Data Search Page Errors After Applying PUM 30 (Doc ID 2544315.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Job / Personal Information

After upgrade to PUM 30, getting error when trying to search for an employee on the Job Data Page.

ERRORS
-----------------------
Following Errors are observed in the Job data page
Error 1
---
PeopleCode compile error (Specified PeopleCode program does not exist. (2,37) ^ HTLC) for program
TL_EMPL_DATA.TCD_GROUP_ID.SavePostChange. (2,405)
A PeopleCode program for the specified reference failed to compile correctly for the indicated reason.
In Application Designer, opn the referenced program and examine the PeopleCode to locate the cause of the error.

Error 2
---
Page load failed for JOB_DAT/GBL. (15,60)
The component processor was unable to load the page objects for the specified page. This may be caused by missing definitions or PeopleCode in the database.
Correct any problems reported by previous messages and retry.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an Administrator
2. Goto the Job Data Page
3. Search for an employee
4. See the errors.
