Symptoms
While setting up Change Assistant to apply updates, an error is encountered when uploading the Target Database Information to PUM Image.
ERROR:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy PUM Image based on PT8.57.xx
2. Use Change Assistant 8.57.xx to set up and apply updates.
3. Upload Target Database Information to Image.
