Symptoms
After upgrading to the PUM image 30 and they are trying to use Fluid W-2
Navigation: Self-Service > Payroll and compensation > View W-2/W2c Forms Or payroll tile Then choose View W2/W2c Forms
Tried with Demo Data. First they did not have access. Then gave the id the two roles mentioned below and it worked.
Haven given roles of NA Payroll Fluid W2 User & Payroll for NA Employee Fluid
When going to View Fluid W2/W2C forms they get error message: You are not authorized for this page. They are getting this error message for any user or even the PS ID.
