Approval Button Missing for Some of the Users In Requisition Fluid Approval Pages (Doc ID 2547749.1)

Symptoms

Some of the Approver Users defined in the system are unable to perform approval tasks on submitted Requisitions when using Fluid Approvals.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1.- Create, and submit for approval, a new Requisition transaction
  2.- Log into the system as a Requisition Approver
  3.- Navigate through the Fluid Approvals pages to find the submitted Requisition
  4.- Open it, and review the information
  5.- Confirm that the approval related actions (Approve, Deny, Hold, More, etc...) are not getting displayed in the Requisition Pending Approvals fluid page
