E-NV: Nvision Process Fails to Complete with 'Process exceeded maximum processing time' (Doc ID 2551339.1)

Goal

nVision Reports fail to complete with one of the below error messages:

"Process exceeded maximum processing time (15 minutes)."

OR

'Excel interface exception [E:\pt85430b-retail\peopletools\src\psnxl\gridapp.cpp:2173] ; SCODE = 0x80' Error for 'PSGridApp:'



The license of MS office is expired on the server.
The PsoftUser account on the NT server has lost its licensing to Microsoft Excel.
