Service-Hours Counting Component Hides Fields Projection Method and Hours Consolidation on the Definition Tab

Symptoms
In Pension Administration, the Service-Hours Counting component includes required fields Projection Method and Hours Consolidation on the Definition page, but if the user navigates to the Time Requirement page and returns to the Definition page, the fields have been hidden.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. To replicate the problem, navigate to Set Up HCM > Product Related > Pension > Components > Service-Hours Counting, and select KUSVCH or other definition. Observe the Projection Method and Hours Consolidation fields appear on the screen.
2. Click on the Time Requirement tab.
3. And then Click on the Definition tab.
Observe that the Projection Method and Hours Consolidation fields are now hidden.
