Symptoms
On the Employee Snapshot Licenses and Certifications tile the user gets the following error:
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to the Employee Snapshot Tile.
2. Choose an employee.
3. The Summary page does not work. For example: On the Licenses and Certifications tile, receive the error "You are not permitted to view licenses and certifications for".
